Frequently these symptoms are caused by restrictions in some joints (low back, pelvis and hips) and too much mobility in other joints. This causes some muscles to becoming over active and other muscles becoming underactive. Because this may be a muscle and/or joint concern, it can leave many doctors such as Urologist, Orthopedist and some Primary Care Physicians without an answer for you. Unfortunately, many of these providers do not understand the expertise that a specially trained Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist has.
